Want to make someone smile? Participate in the National 1 Million Pillowcase Challenge, September 29th, 10AM – 1PM, at the EP Hall. Make a pillowcase to be donated to a local charity and make another to take home. Imagine the smiles and giggles of a child when they see their favorite cartoon character or animal pillowcase waiting for them on their bed. Teenagers and adults alike will enjoy that special look you have chosen just for them. The pattern is SUPER SIMPLE!! I promise anyone can do this. Bring a sewing machine if you have one but machines will be available for your use. Material for the donated pillowcases will be provided.  Bring:  3/4 YARD OF MAIN FABRIC and 1/4 YARD OF CUFF FABRIC (to compliment the main fabric) for your pillowcase to take home (material should be 100% cotton or cotton flannel). Youth group leaders this is a great community service project for your teenage groups!! Come yourself or bring some of your group. Any questions please call Linda von Kramer, 762-9147.
